How Rechtful handles app information and locally stored data.

Information stored on your device

Rechtful may store locally tracked claims, estimated savings, preferences, and related app state on your device. The current version does not synchronize locally tracked claims to a Rechtful user account.

Content requests

When remote content is enabled, Rechtful may request published merchant, breach, settlement, class-action, and arbitration information from Rechtful-operated services.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide app functionality, maintain reliability, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

You may remove tracked claims or reset local app data from the Profile screen. Deleting the app removes data stored only in its local app container, subject to normal device backup behavior.
